Job description

Job Summary:
Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) seeks a Power Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Network Operations Center contract. The role involves designing visual dashboards, integrating data from various tools, and conducting analytics to support decision-making and performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement visual dashboards for performance and SLA reporting.
• Integrate data from ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and other tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and report reliability.
• Conduct trend and predictive analytics to identify performance risks.
• Support automation of reporting processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s in Data Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 6+ years with Power BI and enterprise analytics tools.
• Strong data modeling and SQL skills.
• Must have favorably passed a full five (5) year background investigation (BI) required by CBP policies and procedures for employment prior to beginning work with CBP.
Preferred:
• Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Federal reporting experience.
