Cooperdyne Tech is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that drive business insights and strategic decision-making. The role involves collaborating with data engineers and ETL teams to transform raw data into impactful visualizations and engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that support business operations and meet stakeholder needs
• Connect to Snowflake and other cloud data sources, leveraging ETL pipeline outputs for optimized reporting
• Design efficient data models optimized for performance, usability, and scalability
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable reports and visualizations
• Create and optimize DAX calculations and Power Query (M) transformations for performance
• Collaborate with data engineers and ETL developers to ensure accurate, high-quality, and accessible data sources
• Support data governance, documentation, and reporting standards
• Manage workload independently and prioritize deliverables effectively
• Work within Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps Boards
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer
• Proven expertise in Power BI report generation, including DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI Service
