Our Corporate AI Design Team is focused on transforming how we operate-leveraging data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to improve decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver more value to our clients. This team partners across the organization to design, build, and scale data-driven solutions that support our growth and innovation strategy.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You're currently pursuing a degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, engineering, business analytics, or a related field, with at least one year completed
  • You're a curious problem solver who enjoys working with data and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment
  • You have strong attention to detail and are excited to apply your academic knowledge to real-world business challenges
  • You're proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience or coursework i
  •  Power BI, data visualization, or analytics tools. Familiarity with SQL, DAX, Power Query, or data modeling concepts is a plus
  • You have availability to work part-time (10-15 hours per week) and come into the Chicago or Lisle office once per week through the end of December
  • You're collaborative and personable-you enjoy working with others and communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Apply what you're learning: Work with the Corporate AI Design Team to develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that support business insights across operations, HR, finance, and marketing
  • Build data solutions: Assist with data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and modeling from multiple sources to create meaningful and actionable datasets
  • Develop visualizations: Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools that improve decision-making and performance monitoring
  • Support AI initiatives: Contribute to projects integrating analytics with automation and AI use cases, helping to shape how data supports innovation at Primera
  • Collaborate and communicate: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear, effective visual solutions. Present findings and insights to team members and leadership as appropriate
  • Learn by doing: Receive mentorship from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to real-world analytics, business intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives
