Responsibilities
  • Participate in all aspects of the BI lifecycle, from requirements to data analysis, report analysis, and understanding of business processes.
  • Translate business needs to technical specifications.
  • Write application and database code based on business requirements or user stories, architectural requirements, and existing code.
  • Generate, format, interpret, and prepare reports, scorecards, and dashboards to support business owners and team objectives.
  • Deliver client and internal solutions in line with industry best practices.
  • Train users and help institutionalize data and dashboard governance practices
  • Exercise strong project management skills and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Qualifications
  • Strong technical and analytics background
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years proven experience as a BI Developer with hands-on experience with Tableau.
  • 1 year of SQL experience.
  • Professional or academic experience working with large data sets for conducting quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent customer service skills. Ability to service clients, partners, and internal stakeholders by understand their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter with strong ability to multitask projects/tasks effectively.
  • Digital media experience, particularly experience working in ad tech industry with a data-centric role plus.

Compensation Range: $73,000 - $86,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
