What success looks like in this role:

Role Summary:


Installs, repairs, and provide technical maintenance for PC products and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations. Ensures systems operate as designed, perform upgrades and maintenance as required, collaborate with technical teams, schedules services, completes administrative activities, and works directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product functionality. Great Customer Service Skills are required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provides the full range of field engineering support for an assigned base of large and/or complex clients.
  • Takes complete ownership of onsite service activities.
  • Performs advanced-level maintenance on all products, including lower-complexity installation activities.
  • Provides technical feedback on equipment, systems, and processes to improve service delivery.
  • Uses advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve customer issues and conduct scheduled installations.
  • Identifies and resolves systemic issues within the team.
  • Provides technical assistance and expertise to other team members.
  • Contributes to improved client-services metrics, reporting, and documentation.
  • Monitors technical and process issues and proactively recommends service improvements to management and the team.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • May require a technical certification or Associate Degree.
  • Generally,2-4 years of experiencein the area of responsibility.
