Location: Hartford, Connecticut

Work Mode: Hybrid – 80% Remote / 20% Onsite

Experience: 5+ years required

About the Role

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level BI / Tableau Administrator to support enterprise reporting and analytics platforms. This role focuses on Tableau Cloud administration, platform monitoring, troubleshooting, user support, incident management, environment governance, and reliable reporting operations across Dev, Test, and Production environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, security, and reporting environments

• Monitor platform health, subscriptions, extract refreshes, scheduled jobs, and reporting performance

• Troubleshoot Tableau reports, Azure SQL Database connectivity, SQL/SOQL issues, and data validation concerns

• Support Azure Data Factory pipelines, data loads, data quality issues, and root cause analysis

• Collaborate with development, reporting, integration, and business teams while maintaining technical documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of BI, reporting, analytics platform, or Tableau administration experience required

• Strong Tableau Cloud Administration, platform support, governance, and incident management experience required

• Strong SQL, Azure SQL Database, reporting support, and enterprise analytics experience required

• Salesforce administration fundamentals required, including objects, fields, relationships, users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules

• Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft Runtime Fabric, MuleSoft integrations, Salesforce reporting, and Microsoft Azure experience preferred
