This role is responsible for the operational health, performance, security, and governance of Application Platforms. This role focuses on environment administration, capacity planning and optimization, tenantlevel configuration, monitoring, and supporting governed enterprise usage at scale. The administrator works closely with platform owners, application teams, data engineering, security, quality, and FinOps to ensure reliable, secure, and costeffective service delivery across the platform landscape. Additionally, the administrator may build lower to mid-level complexity solutions and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

Handson experience with:
 Power Platform, Azure, and/or M365 Admin Centers
 Power BI Premium or Fabric capacities
 Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
Experience with:
 Microsoft Fabric workload administration
 Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or custom monitoring solutions
 CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
Microsoft certifications such as PL600, PL400, PL200, DP500, or equivalent Power BI/Fabric certification   
Strong leadership and mentoring skills


Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience administering Application Platforms in an enterprise environment.
Familiarity with:
 FinOps practices for SaaS and capacitybased services
 Data governance and information protection policies
Strong understanding of:
 Application and Platform licensing and environment strategies
 Application Platform architecture (datasets, workspaces, refresh, gateways)
 Capacity metrics and performance tuning concepts
Experience supporting governed, multiteam platforms at scale
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
