Contract developers often work on specific projects, such as creating dashboards, reports, and data models, for a set period or until project completion. They collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations. This role typically requires strong skills in data analysis, DAX, SQL, and experience with Power BI tools. • Ensure alignment between Excel deliverables and BI dashboards
  • Respond to time-sensitive executive requests

Data Quality & Validation

  • Validate and reconcile data across systems (Oracle/SQL Server vs. Salesforce)
  • Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies
  • Apply best practices for QA, reconciliation, and documentation
  • Partner with upstream data teams to resolve issues
  • Ensure reporting outputs are reliable and auditable

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Work with business leaders and executives to understand needs
  • Translate ambiguous requirements into structured solutions
  • Communicate insights in a clear, business-friendly manner
  • Present findings and respond to stakeholder questions
  • Provide thoughtful pushback when needed
