Support Team Analyst

The Support Team Analyst manages reporting, data, inventory, store lists, and process improvement for signing, print shop, and operational support. This role uses advanced Excel, automation, and data analysis to improve accuracy, reduce manual work, support reprint planning, identify cost savings, and build scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain reports, trackers, store lists, and data files.
  • Perform data validation, cleanup, pivot table analysis, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Use Excel, Power Automate, macros, Python, and LAMBDA functions to automate processes.
  • Improve inventory reporting, reprint planning, and print shop workflows.
  • Identify bulk printing and other cost- and labor-saving opportunities.
  • Track projects, timelines, follow-up items, and operational metrics.
  • Document processes and create repeatable tools and workflows.
  • Partner with inventory, print shop, operations, business development, and support teams.
  • Train team members on Excel, reporting tools, and data maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, macros, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Power Automate.
  • Experience building and maintaining macros.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis, including pd.melt.
  • Experience creating reusable Excel LAMBDA functions.
  • Strong data organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage recurring, high-volume data and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage work with minimal supervision.
