Job description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Apps Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and customizing solutions within the Model Driven Apps in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will be adept at building scalable business applications, integrating with other systems, and optimizing workflows to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Dynamics 365 and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business processes.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows for process automation.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and internal systems using APIs, web services, and Azure integrations.
  • Create and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript customizations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, optimized for performance, and compliant with best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for deployed solutions.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and features.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and customization.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and Power Fx.
  • Solid experience with Dataverse and data modeling.
  • Experience integrating with APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
  • Strong understanding of solution management, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and environment strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
