  • Pay: $17.00/hr- $20.00/hr depending on experience/ Overnight Shift Differential $1 more
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30pm-6am
Powder Coat Job Description:
  • The Powder Coat Technician is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts to meet quality and durability standards. This role involves operating specialized equipment, monitoring curing processes, and ensuring all finished products meet company and customer specifications.
Powder Coat Skills:
  • Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, sanding, and applying chemical treatments to ensure proper adhesion
  • Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment, maintaining consistent thickness and even coverage
  • Operate and monitor curing ovens to ensure parts are processed at correct temperatures and cycle times for optimal results
  • Perform routine operation and maintenance of powder coating equipment, including spray guns, hoppers, and curing systems
