We are a tight-knit powder coating and sandblasting shop. We take pride in delivering high-quality finishes and working hard as a team. We are looking for a reliable general laborer who wants to learn the trade and grow into a skilled powder coater.


Job Overview

  • Position type: Full-time
  • Schedule: 4-day work week (Flexible start times of 4:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m.)
  • Starting role: General shop labor and prep work
  • Growth path: Hands-on training to become a powder coat painter
  • Experience required: General experience; experience in any form of painting helpful; we will train the right person

Key Responsibilities

  • Prep parts by sandblasting, masking, and degreasing.
  • Load and unload heavy metal parts onto racking systems.
  • Package finished products safely for customer pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
  • Train directly under senior coaters to learn spray techniques.

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and a desire to learn a specialized trade.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a physical, industrial shop environment.
  • Reliable transportation and consistent, punctual attendance.
  • Great teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
