Job Description

Responsible for operating and overseeing the automated paint line for structural steel beams. Ensures proper coating application, equipment functionality, and quality control throughout the painting process.

  • Capable of the operation of machines, ovens and baths, pumps 
  • Capable of the setting of paint guns at the high voltage level, air flow rates 
  • Capable of painting programs and adaptation of parameters
  • Full understanding of ATEX risks - explosive mass - automatic fire systems (STS)
  • Capable of running the PH degreasing bath equipment 
  • Production: Degreasing – rinsing of products
  • Drying, baking oven and paint booths 
  • You do bath controls: ph tab, titration products 
  • You do paint checks: Elcometer 
  • PPE: glasses, overalls, masks, earplugs, caps, gloves, plastic sleeves 
  • PM Blow guns 
  • ATEX vacuum cleaner to clean the floor, powder bins etc 
  • Operating cleaning machine to clean the floor 
  • Maintain suction cabin for cleaning powder tanks 
  • Utilize plastic bag + shovel or dust collector to collect powder
  • Capable to use a spare parts for preventive maintenance 
Qualifications

Qualifications : 

  • Education: High school diploma or GED; vocational training a plus.

  • Experience: Previous experience with stamping and Roll forming presses and manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings, strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of measuring tools.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, good problem-solving, teamwork, physical stamina (lifting, standing).
