Job Summary:
We are hiring for 1st and 3rd shift in our powder coating operation. We welcome experienced professionals and entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate powder coating equipment and assist in production processes.
  • Prepare and inspect metal parts for coating.
  • Ensure consistent quality and finish of coated products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Required Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.
  • Self-motivation and reliability.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
Required Knowledge:
