We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our production team. In this role, you will prepare, apply, and inspect powder coat finishes on metal components to ensure high-quality, durable results that meet customer specifications. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in craftsmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay Range: $20.00-28.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
Second Shift- Monday- Thursday |4:30P-3:00A | 4-Day Work Week + $3.00/hr. shift differential

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and racking.
  • Apply powder coating using manual and/or automated spray systems.
  • Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality to meet specifications.
  • Perform color changes and maintain proper powder inventory control.
  • Operate curing ovens and verify proper cure times and temperatures.
  • Inspect finished parts for defects and perform touch-ups as needed.
  • Maintain powder coating equipment and work area in a clean, organized condition.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of materials.

Qualifications
  • Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of surface preparation and coating application techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift and move parts as required. (60 lbs.)
