Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Powder Coat Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality finishes while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare metal parts and surfaces for powder coating.
  • Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment.
  • Inspect coated parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Adjust spray equipment to achieve proper coverage and finish.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Powder Coat Sprayer is required.
  • Knowledge of powder coating techniques, equipment, and finishing processes.
  • Ability to recognize and correct coating defects.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours or adjust schedules based on production needs.
