What is a pov?

POV typically stands for 'Point of View,' but in a job context, it can refer to roles involved in creating point-of-view content, such as in film, photography, or social media. POV content creators use special techniques or equipment to show experiences from a first-person perspective, making viewers feel as if they're seeing through the creator's eyes. These professionals may work in entertainment, marketing, or online content creation, and often need skills in storytelling, video production, and editing.

What are some common challenges faced by product owners when balancing stakeholder expectations and development team capacity?

Product Owners often navigate the challenge of aligning diverse stakeholder priorities with the realistic capacity of the development team. It's important to clearly communicate the rationale behind prioritization decisions and manage expectations through regular updates and transparent backlog grooming sessions. Effective collaboration and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to say 'no' diplomatically when requests exceed current resources. This role is highly collaborative, requiring ongoing alignment with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure product goals are met without overburdening the team.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a pov (point of view) videographer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a POV videographer, you need strong camera operation skills, storytelling ability, and experience with video editing, often supported by a portfolio of relevant work. Familiarity with action cameras like GoPro, video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and knowledge of mounting rigs is typically required. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently help you stand out in this field. These skills ensure engaging, high-quality content that captures immersive perspectives and meets client or audience expectations.

Your work directly protects life, property, and the environment in the communities we serve.

???? Position Overview

As a Leak Survey Field Technician, you play a vital role in protecting life, property, and the environment. Your work directly supports public safety and environmental protection in the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect natural gas distribution systems
  • Conduct leak surveys using specialized detection equipment
  • Accurately document findings and complete compliance reports
  • Follow strict safety protocols and federal and local regulations
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and members of the public

Work Outdoors & Stay Active

This role is ideal for individuals who prefer being active rather than sitting behind a desk. You will:

  • Walk approximately 4–7 miles per day
  • Bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Work in a variety of weather conditions
  • Remain on your feet for extended periods

Operate Specialized Equipment

???? Job Requirements

Required

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop on varying terrain, and to lift heavy items

• Ability to walk 4–7 miles per day in all weather conditions

• Strong reliability and accountability

• Proficient using technology (smartphone, tablet)

• Ability to use simple hand tools

• Ability to read and understand utility maps

• Works well within a group as well as individually

Preferred — But Not Required

• Customer service experience

• No industry experience necessary — we value work ethic, dependability, and a safety-first mindset

???? What Success Looks Like

Our strongest technicians consistently demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and technical competence with field equipment. They are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and trustworthy — with strong prioritization, communication, and time-management skills.

???? Vehicle Program — Personal Vehicle Use

At Heath, we support our team members who are on the move. Employees in this role participate in Heath’s Personally Owned Vehicle (POV) Program, which provides meaningful financial support for local travel.

???? What the POV Program Provides

????

Weekly Vehicle Allowance — Approximately $185 per Week

Paid every week alongside your regular paycheck (approximately $9,600 annually). Non-taxable for this position.

$300 Monthly Fuel Card

A Company fuel card for qualifying business fuel purchases. Your card is issued on your first day and activates automatically about three weeks after you start — no paperwork required.

????

Telematics Device Provided at No Cost

Heath provides a small, non-camera GPS device that installs in your vehicle to verify business mileage.

Program Qualifications

To participate in the POV Program, employees will need to meet a few standard qualifications:

  • Active auto insurance — minimum $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 coverage or $300,000 combined single limit
  • Proof of insurance provided before your first day and at each policy renewal
  • A vehicle that meets Heath’s standards — 4-door, backup camera, hands-free capability, and professional appearance
  • Willingness to have a Heath-provided telematics device installed in your vehicle

Full program details are shared upon hire, and a complete POV Program Candidate Summary is provided with your offer.
