Shift Premium Amount:    $1.50 
Pay Rate: $15.85 

Position Summary:
Pouch Machine Operators are responsible for the safe operation of bubble/foam converting equipment to produce quality product by continual adjustments of settings on Pouch Machine equipment while focusing on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
•    Produce orders to schedule to satisfy customer needs and production requirements
•    Complete all quality inspections, testing and documentation
•    Know and adhere to all safety rules and procedures
•    Comply with company standards and surrounding machine areas

Qualifications

Education: 
•    High School Diploma or equivalent required

Requirements:
•    1-3 years of manufacturing machine operator experience with knowledge of process equipment, tooling and procedures in order to set up, operate and to maintain equipment work area in safe productive manner
•    Basic Math, reading, and analytical skills
•    Awareness toward safety
•    Ability to work efficiently as a team and independently
•    Able to work overtime and weekends if required

Physical requirements:
•    Frequent Standing, walking and bending
•    Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
•    Eye/Hand Coordination
•    Pushing, pulling, lifting, and stacking
