Nautilus Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nautilus Specialist to support, administer, enhance, and optimize the Nautilus platform within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Nautilus configuration, integrations, workflow development, and production support while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical resource and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Nautilus platform.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Nautilus applications, workflows, and business processes.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and support integrations between Nautilus and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, interface, and data-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Support application upgrades, patches, releases, and environment migrations.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for long-term solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and support procedures.
  • Participate in testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, database, development, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and governance requirements.
  • Provide end-user training and production support as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Nautilus platform administration, development, or support.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, system integrations, and data management.
  • Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience integrating Nautilus with ERP, CRM, MES, or other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
