SAP Data Services Consultant

Seeking a strong technical SAP Data Services consultant with extensive hands on experience on BODS. Strong SQL, analytical and communication skills. Experience in designing and development of complex jobs in SAP DS. Experience in working with different functions and transformations. Exposure to integrating Data Services with different applications like SAP ECC, SAP BW and different databases like MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres etc. Have strong background in optimizing Data Services jobs by using best practices. Have experience in leading a team of onsite and offshore developers. Able to prioritize and manage his time effectively while working on multiple projects/interfaces at the same time. Effectively delegate work to offshore developers, review their code and ensuring quality code is delivered following all the coding standards. Self-motivated and have a strong sense of accountability. Able to work independently with little guidance. Quick learner and can get to the speed fast. Detail oriented and thorough in his work. This is a lead role for integration area, no production support, no migration requirement.
