Responsibilities:              

  • Establish and maintain a strong safety and 5S culture.
  • Support hiring, employee engagement, and professional development of staff.
  • Administer training programs for equipment maintenance, PM schedules, and coverage.
  • Provide tactical management of 24x7 maintenance operations.
  • Meet corporate quality standards and applicable customer-specific requirements.
  • Reduce equipment-related wafer scrap and die yield losses.
  • Secure equipment capacity needed to meet ramp requirements and new technology needs.
  • Establish and maintain an appropriate inventory of spare parts and consumables.
  • Improve equipment performance for better uptime, stability, and predictability.
  • Drive equipment maintenance cost reductions
  • Develop and execute strategies to mitigate equipment and component obsolescence.
  • Employ metrics to evaluate equipment performance and identify opportunities.
  • Pursue maintenance objectives for improved Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • Partner with key suppliers to deliver robust solutions.
