Job description

POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE, Institute for Medical Eng. and Science (IMES) — The Device Realization Lab, seeks an outstanding postdoctoral associate to conduct device, computational, and experimental research in 3D ultrasound, wearable ultrasound, and photoacoustic imaging for novel in home and clinical use. Will work on key challenges in novel device design, collecting and processing high-quality data using customized sensors, instruments, and experimental platforms. The work will include device fabrication, developing experimental measurement methods, processing and analyzing data, and creating modeling and analysis approaches that provide insight into tissue-ultrasound interactions and related physical phenomena, applying modem learning techniques to ultrasound and photo acoustics data.
