Job description

Opportunity: PRN opportunity for a Registered Nurse in a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility in Evans, GA.
Who We Are: For the past 40 years, Augusta ENT PC has been providing a full spectrum of specialty care for people of all ages across the CSRA and Statesboro. With 5 offices, 16 physicians, and a variety of services Augusta ENT PC strives to help everyone feel their very best.
Duties (summary): In this role you will provide individualized post-anesthesia nursing care to patients in the immediate post-operative/ post-anesthesia period, develop a plan of care for the patient based on assessment data, review postoperative instructions and prescriptions from the surgeon with patients and significant others.
Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a CPR certification and good communication skills. Prior experience in PACU or Critical Care is definitely a plus.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed as an RN in the state of Georgia
• CPR Certification
• ACLS Certification and PALS Certification preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and sit
Schedule: 6:00 am until approximately 4:00 pm weekdays, no weekends or major holidays
