Post Closer

The Post Closer plays a critical role in the finalization of loan transactions by ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed, reviewed, and sent to the proper entities in a timely fashion. This position is responsible for coordinating with various internal departments and external parties to confirm that all post-closing requirements are met in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The Post Closer ensures that loan files are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery to appropriate entities, thereby facilitating smooth loan funding and recording. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple loan files simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in loan processing, closing, or post-closing functions.
  • Strong knowledge of loan documentation, compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency with Title Company software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years experience with title company
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work in fast paces environment
