Job description

  • Professional experience in game audio or game development with demonstrable audio work
  • Proven ability to conceptualize audio and define an overall “sound feel” from art references
  • Multi-genre composition skills (e.g., folk, ethnic, cinematic, rock, corporate/luxury) and strong music theory
  • SFX design and Foley creation with emphasis on recording and processing original sounds
  • Professional proficiency with DAWs (Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Cubase or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of audio processing chains including EQ, dynamics (compression, limiting) and spatial effects
  • Ability to create seamless looped tracks and transitions suitable for games
  • Instrument performance ability and studio recording experience
  • Strong English communication (Intermediate+ for client interaction)
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective collaboration with developers and artists / ability to work in cross-functional teams
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience specifically in iGaming / Slots
  • Prior work creating audio for slot mechanics, win events and UI interactions
FUNCTIONS
  • Translate visual and art references into an immersive audio concept and overall sound feel
  • Compose music across multiple genres and produce loopable game-ready tracks
  • Design and implement SFX and Foley for game mechanics, win events and UI interactions
  • Record, edit and process original audio assets in-studio
  • Apply professional audio engineering techniques (EQ, compression, limiting, spatial effects) to final mix
  • Prepare and deliver game-ready audio assets and stems for integration
  • Collaborate closely with developers and artists to implement and iterate audio based on feedback
  • Manage workload and timelines to deliver assets on schedule
  • Communicate technical requirements and asset details directly with clients in English
