This is a high energy, hardworking and affable team that values colleagues who anticipate what needs to get done and act accordingly, are quick thinkers and can problem solve matters that arise unexpectedly, are intellectually curious, and who have high professional standards, strong judgment and thoughtful work product. We always bring a client service attitude to our work and always strive to be energetic and maintain a good sense of humor.
Vice President, Production Systems and Workflow, Creative and Media Services
Citi's Creative and Media Services team is looking for a systems thinker who finds genuine satisfaction in making a complex creative operation run like clockwork. In this role you will support the systems and workflows that keep the team running efficiently - ensuring that the processes, platforms, and tools supporting content creation and delivery are well-designed, consistently applied, and continuously improving. This role will serve as an operational bridge across disciplines, identifying friction points, implementing scalable solutions, and enabling the team to execute at a higher level. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of production operations with a systems-oriented mindset and the right interpersonal skills to drive adoption and alignment across a multi-disciplined creative team.
Responsibilities
  • Design, document, and continuously improve the end-to-end workflows that govern how projects move through the production, creative, and infrastructure functions of the team.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, redundancies, and gaps across the content creation and delivery pipeline and develop practical, scalable solutions to address them.
  • Partner with the VP, Creative Technology and VP, Content Delivery to align production, post-production, and delivery workflows into a cohesive operational model - working together to drive efficiency and maintain a degree of quality.
  • Partner closely with colleagues in the Technology organization to ensure that all systems and platform integrations adhere to required enterprise processes, while also engaging as a collaborative partner in identifying new tools and capabilities that advance the team's creative and operational goals.
  • Manage the onboarding, configuration, and ongoing administration of key production SaaS platforms, including project management tools, content review systems, and collaboration platforms.
  • Develop and maintain department-wide workflow documentation, process guides, and standard operating procedures that support consistency and scalability across all outputs.
  • Support the integration of new tools and technologies into existing workflows, coordinating with infrastructure and creative stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions. Track operational metrics and produce regular reporting on workflow efficiency, project throughput, and system performance to inform management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Production Coordinator to ensure intake, scheduling, and delivery workflows are aligned and operationally sound.
  • Advise on technology investments and platform decisions that improve coordination, efficiency, and content execution across the team.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Operations, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a similar field.
  • Significant experience in production operations, workflow management, or media systems administration in a studio, broadcast, agency, or in-house creative environment.
  • Deep understanding of post-production non-linear editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing production workflows across multi-disciplined creative teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of production management and project tracking platforms (e.g., Frame.io, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent); experience administering and configuring these systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with content review, asset management, and digital delivery platforms relevant to video and creative production environments.
  • Understanding of video production processes, post-production workflows, and content delivery pipelines across digital channels.
  • Experience and an active interest in AI and LLM platforms and their application to production workflow optimization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously and communicate clearly on status, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear, actionable process improvements.
  • Effective collaborator with the ability to build alignment across creative, technical, and operational stakeholders.
  • Operates efficiently in a very fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative, resourceful, and strategic thinker.
  • Excellent daily growth & impact mindset supporting goals of the department and the wider organization.
  • Integrity, maturity, dependability, and a positive professional attitude.
  • A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to carry out their work.
