About Us

Beast Industries is a multifaceted media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast, the most watched person in the world. Renowned for revolutionizing digital content creation, Beast Industries encompasses a diverse portfolio of ventures that extend far beyond its origins on YouTube. With a mission to entertain, inspire, and create significant social impact, Beast Industries operates across various domains including digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and innovative business initiatives. At Beast Industries, we believe in the transformative power of digital media and its potential to entertain, educate, and effect positive change. Our commitment to innovation, creativity, and philanthropy drives us to explore new frontiers, create unforgettable experiences, and build a legacy that inspires future generations.

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly organized Media Coordinator to support our post-production and marketing teams during a major content cycle. You'll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps our footage accessible, organized, and ready for action - reviewing raw video content, tagging key moments, and pulling selects to streamline our editorial workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of production and post, helping our editors and creative leads move fast by eliminating the friction of finding the best footage. You'll play a key role in helping us shape content that reaches millions.

What You'll Do:
  • Review and log raw show footage and BTS content, tagging and marking key moments for easy retrieval
  • Build and maintain organized, searchable media archives that support marketing and post-production workflows
  • Reduce friction for editors by cutting selects or downloading assets as needed
  • Flag relevant footage for trailers, teasers, social clips, and marketing use
  • Maintain consistent logs and systems to ensure high volume of footage is easily navigable
  • Help spot and surface great moments that might otherwise be missed
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in post-production, media coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organization and media management skills you're obsessed with structure and speed
  • Working knowledge of editing software and asset management tools (e.g., Frame.io, Premiere Pro, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Ability to manage large volumes of footage without missing a beat
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently on tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with digital-first content formats (YouTube, shorts, social-first edits) is a big plus
