Pediatric Associates is seeking a Part-time Outpatient Pediatrician to join our practice in Palmetto Bay, FL.

Our team of highly qualified Board-Certified Pediatricians and experienced Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants deliver superior care with compassion. Position Overview:

  • Part-time - 3 days per week, 8am-5pm with rotated Saturday mornings
  • Newborn Rounding at South Miami Hospital

Education, Licensure & Certification:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree required
  • Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics 
  • Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
  • Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
  • Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
  • Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment
