Job description

Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual who is self-driven,can easily acclimate to an ever changing industry, and in turn, adapt tovarying job duties with added responsibilities. This position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer/QC Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years QC experience OR 5+ years in the mortgageindustry
Job Duties (including, but not limited to)
Create post-closing audit monthly, assign files to auditors,and order required field reviews
Create servicing audit monthly, submit to Situs, and monitorprogress
Complete required EPD audits
Complete required Discretionary audits
Complete required Targeted audits
Manage company pipeline via Encompass reports andcommunication with LOs, processors, and CRRs
Provide loan files and/or missing documentation for QCrequests from Fannie, Freddie, FHA, investors, and MI companies
Assist with state and federal audits as needed by theCompliance Officer
Review/process Paracorp notifications as received anddisseminate accordingly
Assist as needed as ACES admin
Assist as needed as FHA Connections admin
Monitor pre-funding and post-closing audit percentages toensure current requirements are being met and/or exceeded
Update National MI certificates monthly
Assist QC team with approvals of appraisers, title agents,and POAs as well as processing withdrawn and declined loans as needed
Assist with appraisal transfers and SSR generation whenneeded
