CNA Job Duties
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  • Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning as needed
  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
  • Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Deliver compassionate care while preserving resident dignity and independence
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care
CNA Requirements
  • Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
