Waterman Canyon Post Acute
Are you passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence? Waterman Canyon Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who is driven, compassionate, and excited to make a meaningful impact in a post-acute care setting.

Position Options & Pay
  • Full-Time: $48.00 - $52.00 per hour
  • Per Diem: $53.00 - $56.00 per hour
What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient-centered goals
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Support a positive, motivating therapy environment
