Job description

Location: Sebring Region Post-Acute Facilities
Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing (typically 4–5 months)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Daytime Post-Acute/LTAC Physician to join our team in the Sebring region. This role offers a flexible schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to focus on patient care without nights or codes.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Base salary: $285,000 per year

  • Flexible schedule, typically Monday–Friday with occasional weekends

  • Collections-based bonuses: Ability to earn an additional guaranteed bonuses per month

Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Daytime rounding across post-acute and LTAC facilities

  • Work alongside 2 APPs to split daily patient census

  • No night shifts required

  • Flexible rounding hours

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or relevant specialty

  • Experience in post-acute or long-term acute care preferred but not required
