As an Assistant General Manager, you’re more than a leader—you’re a key driver of the store’s success. Supporting the General Manager, you help oversee daily operations, develop team members, and ensure every guest leaves happy (and satisfied!).


What You’ll Do:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and store performance
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting
• Handle team and guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Step in to manage the store in the absence of the General Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous supervisory or management experience (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or similar role preferred)
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 1–2 years of food service or retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems)
• Ability to taste-test products for quality
• Cash handling and customer service experience required
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology
• General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus
