What You’ll Do

· Create a welcoming, personalized experience for each guest

· Guide guests through the menu with confidence, highlighting featured items, add-ons, and premium options while making recommendations that will enhance their meal (Apps, Desserts, Upsells, Etc.)

· Accurately take the guests order and enter food/ beverage orders into the POS system

· Deliver food and beverages with proper timing and attention to presentation

· Anticipate guest needs before they ask (refills, condiments, extra napkins, etc.)

· Check back consistently to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities to elevate the experience

· Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, taking ownership of the solution

· Maintain a clean, organized section that reflects pride and professionalism

· Process payments accurately and thank guests sincerely, inviting them back

· Support teammates to ensure smooth service and strong overall restaurant performance
