As our POS Field Service Technician, you'll keep grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants running smoothly. Plus, after just 6 months, you'll be eligible for our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – your hard work directly translates to shared profits and wealth building.

What You'll Do

Technical Excellence:

  • Learn POS systems through our comprehensive training program
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site
  • Install and deploy cutting-edge retail systems
  • Travel to Client sites (company vehicle provided)

Client Impact:

  • Be the expert who gets businesses back up and running when systems go down
  • Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation
  • Maintain critical inventory systems

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting experience
  • Self-motivated problem-solver
  • Willingness to learn through our POS training program

Nice to Have:

  • Two-year technical degree
  • Network connectivity knowledge
