    Job Description:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to join our team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through comprehensive testing strategies and execution.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
    • Perform manual and/or automated testing of web and enterprise applications
    • Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools
    • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements
    • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing
    • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews
    • Validate data integrity and backend systems where applicable
    • Ensure software meets quality standards before deployment

    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience in QA testing or software testing
    • Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies
    • Experience with manual and/or automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail)
