The Sr. Specialist, POS Configurations, plays a vital role in managing and executing POS system changes for the Radar product. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire POS Change process from start to finish, including the installation and troubleshooting of newly added POS systems. You will collaborate closely with the Development team when integrations require technical involvement and engage in discussions with enterprise customers who are implementing POS system changes across multiple locations. Additionally, you will conduct recurring calls to review and document any POS changes that are not performing as expected, ensuring that issues are identified and resolved promptly.
How you'll add value:
  • Configure and initialize new Integrations for Radar Customers

  • Troubleshoot Integration discrepancies and provide comprehensive solutions

  • Handle tickets for assigned Enterprise Radar customers

  • Document Software defects and report them to the Development team

  • Updating relevant documentation for assigned POS Integrations

  • Manage and troubleshoot customer exports from Radar

  • Cross train and assist with R365 POS Integrations as requested

  • Prioritize personal ticket queue

  • Manage schedule and time according to highest priorities
    Mentor new team members at the request of Support Management

  • Other Duties as assigned

What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred

  • Demonstrated history of being a high performing Support Agent

  • Expert Knowledge within Radar POS Integrations

  • Customer service skills

  • Strong written and oral communication

  • Detail-oriented

  • Time management and task prioritization skills

  • Strong ability to problem-solve

  • Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities

  • Tech-savvy (any coding experience is a HUGE plus!!) and understand the technology and fundamental tasks working with software and internet applications
