Ontic is looking for Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Ontic's commercial organization through end-to end ownership of the customer quote process. This role ensures a seamless customer experience through, pre-sales support, CRM administration, quote processing, customer follow-up, and order conversion activities. This will be an onsite position in Creedmoor, North Carolina.

To be considered for the Sales Coordinator role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • PC and office software skills (CRM experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or technical manufacturing environments

As a Sales Coordinator, you will:
  • Enter new opportunities and quotes into Dynamics CRM accurately and timely
  • Conduct structured follow-up cadence for quotes.
  • Update win/loss data and solicit customer feedback for lost opportunities
  • Work with revenue management team to achieve price realization targets
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (ABC notes, RYG flags, phasing dates, documentation uploads)
  • Vet new customers and complete customer setup in Dynamics CRM
  • Quote to price list and catalogues, per associated master contract requirements
  • Obtain quote approvals based on authority matrix
  • Confirm receipt of purchase orders and attach POs in CRM
  • Work with engineering for pre-sale technical support and product selection
  • Coordinate regular update of customer price lists
  • Facilitate preparation of large proposals and contract review
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate as necessary
  • Identify and negotiate early shipment opportunities
  • Collaborate with finance on credit control
  • Establish and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
  • Respond effectively to all correspondence and status requests
  • Attend regular meetings as required to support tasks.
