South Florida Shooting Club is seeking a reliable and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling firearms and ammunition and ready to provide excellent service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members and guests professionally
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly
  • Handle member and guest inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Perform basic computer operations to support daily tasks
  • Process payments accurately using POS systems
  • Maintain clean, tidy, and organized work areas
  • Assist staff and management with daily club operations
  • Work weekends as required during the season

Required Qualifications

  • Proven customer service skills
