Exact Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of technical L2/Tier-2 support experience in retail or restaurant multi-unit environments.

  • POS & OS: Hands-on troubleshooting for Linux-based POS OS, store hardware, back-office printers, and peripheral devices.

  • Mobile & Remote Devices: L2 remote troubleshooting of store-associate mobile devices (Android and iOS).

  • Networking & Ops: Basic network troubleshooting (connectivity, switches, IP routing) and queue ticket management escalated from L1/Service Desk.

  • Availability: Must be willing to participate in a standard on-call rotation for global store uptime.
