What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of photographers to achieve sales, service, and quality goals.
  • Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new photographers.
  • Drive photography sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff.
  • Manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and performance expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company, hospital, and safety requirements.
  • Photograph newborn babies and their families, creating lasting memories.
  • Deliver a warm, professional, and compassionate experience for every family.
