The position applies working knowledge of commercial credit, dealer operations, and floorplan risk management to support sound risk decisions and protect company assets.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
1. Dealer Portfolio Risk Monitoring and Follow-Up

Identify account-level risk indicators and escalate potential exposure concerns, trends, or exceptions to Commercial Dealer Risk leadership.
Coordinate with dealers, sales teams, Commercial Risk partners, and portfolio analysts to support timely resolution of risk action plan milestones.
Track follow-up activities and ensure required documentation, payments, or corrective actions are completed in accordance with established timelines and risk procedures.
2. Credit Review Support and Risk Assessment
Perform periodic reviews of high-risk accounts and watch-list dealerships, including analysis of collateral position, financial statements, reporting trends, credit lines, UCC filings, insurance coverage, aged inventory, and overline exposure.
Evaluate portfolio data and account documentation to identify current or emerging credit risk, operational risk, or collateral concerns.
Prepare summaries of review findings and support recommendations for risk mitigation, account monitoring, or escalation.
Maintain accurate review documentation to support portfolio oversight, audit readiness, and management reporting.
3. Risk Documentation and Legal Coordination
Support the preparation, review, and coordination of commercial risk documentation in partnership with HCA Legal and internal Commercial Risk stakeholders.
Assist with documentation needed for dealer risk mitigation, collateral protection, credit line changes, or other account-level actions.
Ensure required legal and risk documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with established policies, procedures, and approval requirements.
4. Commercial Risk Reporting and Data Support
Support the development, maintenance, and accuracy of commercial operations and portfolio risk reporting.
Compile and validate portfolio data related to account performance, risk trends, documentation status, overlines, aged inventory, and other risk indicators.
