Job description

I need some with a minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience in financial and quantitative environments. Need to have coding skills in Python and SQL.

Looking for a talented individual with a strong background in equity markets and market risk analysis to join our Risk Management team. The role will focus on analyzing strategies investing in equity markets. The successful candidate will laisse with the investment and technology teams to develop, deliver, and maintain vital modeling, pricing, and data infrastructure across our multi-strategy platform. They will be an active contributor in daily discussions with the risk and investment teams.

Responsibilities

  • Equity Markets Analysis
    • Monitor and evaluate developing risks in equity markets and quantify the impact on Boothbay investments
    • Illuminate dark and emerging risks, including liquidity, concentration and changes in cross-asset correlation
  • Risk and Performance Analytics
    • Develop and maintain risk and performance attribution data, including equity factor models
    • Contribute to derivative pricing models and their application to investment risk
  • Daily Operations
    • Contribute to the risk team s daily review of portfolio risk and performance and evaluate any risk limit breaches
  • Research
    • Review new investment strategies and summarize their investment risks and portfolio fit
