Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate to join our team in either Chattanooga, TN or Huntsville, AL. This is a salaried position offering significant earning potential for candidates who are dedicated to building relationships and delivering results. The position offers 10% commission on all new clients landed as well. The right candidate will develop and manage a client base across four key segments of the property industry.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new client relationships across target market segments.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, in-person meetings, and networking events.
  • Present We Build We Fix services to potential clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure client satisfaction following the sale.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

This role will focus on building relationships within four key segments of the property professional community:
  • Property Managers — Ongoing maintenance and service needs across residential and commercial properties.
  • Real Estate Investors — Renovation, repair, and upkeep across single-family and multi-unit portfolios.
