Description

TS Sales Associate 

Citizens Commercial Banking is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our Treasury Solutions Sales team, supporting Middle Market and Large Corporate clients for our Industry Segments group.  This position will support an existing portfolio as well as prospecting initiatives to develop new client relationships across a national footprint. A successful Sales Associate will help drive revenue growth by working closely with seasoned Relationship Managers and Treasury Specialists who deliver solutions across a broad range of Payables, Receivables, Liquidity and Risk Management capabilities.    

Prospecting:

  • Create pitch books / sales presentation content 
  • Gather industry and client research to support prospecting routines  

  • Collaborate on RFPs and build pricing proformas

  • Participate in and support client presentations

  • Support pre-sale and post-sale client engagement and follow-up

Existing Clients:

  • Evaluate client activity to identify trends and potential enhancement opportunities

  • Assist with Portfolio Reviews and Client Planning efforts

  • Develop annual reviews to promote retention and expansion

  • Provide support for internal projects 

  • Submit implementation requests for mandated new services 

  • Support cross sell pitch follow up with existing clients 

  • Provide oversight and coordination with Implementation and Service partners 

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales support experience desirable, preferably in Financial Services / Treasury Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees, including senior executives
  • Clear sense and ability of when and why to escalate conflicts, concerns, issues
  • Ability to prepare professional client presentations using PowerPoint
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and use discretion when faced with decision making
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Bachelors Degree preferred

  • Hours per Week: 40

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $110,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
