The Role

Are you a highly motivated operations professional seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking an experienced Director to support a rapidly growing product platform. As client adoption continues to grow, the need for scalable, reliable, and technologyenabled investment operations has become increasingly critical. This role sits at the center of portfolio management, research and operational execution and offers hands-on exposure to how investment ideas are translated into portfolios and delivered at scale.

As a key member of the Investment Services team, you will drive operational excellence across portfolio management and research workflows. You'll own critical responsibilities, including:

  • Data Integrity and Oversight:Ensure the accuracy and reliability of investment data through daily controls, validation processes and ongoing quality monitoring

  • Portfolio Rebalance Execution:Lead the endtoend model portfolio rebalance process, partnering across channels to ensure seamless implementation

  • Problem Solving:Research and analyze complex operational issues, developing effective solutions and escalating appropriately

  • Process Innovation:Identify and implement automation and process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify data and operational risks, strengthening controls and governance frameworks

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Develop deep expertise in FIWA's portfolio management and research production lifecycle

  • Partner closely with research, portfolio management, and technology teams to support investment delivery

  • Influence strategic priorities by identifying opportunities to improve infrastructure, processes, and data flows

  • Collaborate with technology partners and FIWA leaders to help define roadmap, tooling and automation initiatives

  • Enhance operational processes supporting portfolio construction, rebalances, and investment IP distribution

  • Serve as a leader and trusted partner for FIWA across the broader organization

  • 10 plus years of hands-on experience in a financial operations environment

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CFA a plus

  • Series 7, 63 required or willing to obtain within 6 months

  • Strong understanding of portfolio management workflows and investment data environments

  • Demonstrated success driving process improvement, automation, and operational scale

  • Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Strong data capabilities (Excel required; SQL, a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Team

Investment Services is a core enablement team that supports FIWA's asset allocation, manager research, and portfolio management functions. As FIWA's product offerings and client adoption continue to grow, the need for scalable, reliable, and technologyenabled investment operations has become increasingly critical.

As a member of the Investment Services team, you'll play a key role in supporting daytoday investment operations, managing and processing research and investment datasets, and partnering closely with FIWA's research and portfolio management teams to help deliver highquality investment outcomes. This role offers handson exposure to how investment ideas are translated into portfolios and delivered at scale.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $103,000-211,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
