BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Porter/Groundskeeper to join a professionally managed property in Madison, Wisconsin (53703). If you take pride in maintaining clean, attractive outdoor spaces and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, value teamwork, and are looking for a stable weekday schedule with competitive pay.

Position Details

Job Title: Porter / Groundskeeper

Location: Madison, WI 53703

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property. Daily duties may include:

  • Keeping grounds, walkways, and common areas clean and free of debris
  • Picking up trash and maintaining waste disposal areas
  • Assisting with property curb appeal and landscaping upkeep
  • Sweeping, pressure washing, and general exterior cleaning
  • Monitoring common areas for cleanliness and safety concerns
  • Assisting with light maintenance tasks as needed
  • Reporting maintenance issues or property concerns to management
  • Supporting the maintenance team with various property projects
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
