Job description

Position Overview:

The Portable Toilet Service Driver is responsible for the professional servicing of portable restroom units to ensure they are clean, stocked, and in good working condition. This includes pumping, cleaning, and sanitizing units, replenishing supplies, and inspecting damage or maintenance needs. The technician plays a key role in representing Forever Clean through direct customer interaction and by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.


Core Responsibilities:

Unit Servicing and Maintenance

  • Pump, clean, and sanitize portable restroom units using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions.
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and deodorizer at each service location.
  • Inspect units for damage, wear, or necessary repairs and report findings to the supervisor.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate service logs for each unit and document all maintenance and repair actions.
  • Clearly record all service calls and activities, including any issues encountered during servicing.

Customer Service

  • Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Represent Forever Clean by maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor on all service calls.

Vehicle and Equipment Care

  • Keep service truck clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Report any vehicle maintenance issues or needed repairs to the supervisor promptly.

Safety and Compliance

  • Adhere to all company safety procedures and follow applicable DOT regulations.
