  • Oversee 24/7 monitoring, incident triage, escalation, mass notification support, traveler accountability, and response coordination.

  • Use data, after-action reviews, root-cause analysis, and lessons learned to refine processes and improve response effectiveness.

  • Build and coach a high-performing GSOC team grounded in ownership, sound judgment, communication and accountability.

  • Partner closely with counterparts across the firm to effectively respond to incidents and drive improvements in physical security operations.

  • Design event security plans and oversee security for major firm events, working closely with Events, Marketing and Executive Management.

  • Coordinate security measures as needed for executives and senior leaders both locally and while traveling.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing a team of corporate security or GSOC professionals.

  • Experience and comfort managing security programs for a global company and interfacing with senior leaders across different countries, time zones and cultures.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree is required, preferably in Security Management, Criminal Justice, National Security, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Strong experience managing guard forces, drafting SOPs/post orders, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

  • Experience coordinating event security and working with venue managers or building management.

  • Deep knowledge of access control (Lenel, Avigilon or similar) and CCTV (Milestone, Verkada or similar) technology.

  • Experience with other security tools such threat intelligence, mass notification and case management systems.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting site surveys and risk assessments.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confidence speaking to leadership.

  • Proven experience managing vendors, schedules, budgets, and operational workflows.

  • Strong judgment, analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to make timely decisions in dynamic operational environments.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills, including concise reporting, stakeholder briefings, and professional communication during critical incidents.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masterโ€™s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, National Security, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Business Administration or a related field.

  • CPP, PSP, CFE, CFI, or equivalent physical security or investigative credentials.
