Main Location: Port Sanilac, MI
Hours: Full Time. Days. Full Benefits.
Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant. Weโ€™re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous experience working in a Physicianโ€™s office
  • CMA, CCMA, or RMA is preferred
  • Great attitude and engages patients with a smile
  • Team player and problem solver;
  • Ability to interact positively and proactively at all levels of the organization and with all physicians.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of patient care related tasks such as rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting the provider as necessary. Additional tasks include but are not limited to the use of our EMR system, registering patients, insurance verification, scanning medical records, phoning patients with results and proper medical documentation. The candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while providing quality patient care to all ages while maintaining patient confidentiality.
