Delivery Coordinator

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, liability or integrity of any dealership staff, guests, the dealership itself or the company
  • Be a leader in your own role and assist others in their growth, development, and sense of community with the team
  • Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership
  • Maintain the utmost legal, moral, and ethical standards with all customers and coworkers
  • Attendance at Go University and/or manufacture training as requested by management

Primary Duties

  • Complete all New and Used deliveries
  • Full knowledge and explanation of vehicle operations
  • In control set up for clients
  • Complete new and CPO delivery checklists for every client
  • Complete second deliveries when required
  • Introduction and dealership walk around at delivery (Parts and Service)
  • Inspect vehicles prior to delivery (watermarks, footprints, dirty windows)
  • Verify there isn’t a Beam Dongle connected to the OBDII Port.
  • Follow up for second deliveries
  • Follow up for reviews, surveys, and CSIs in order to obtain 10/10s.
  • Merchandising showroom vehicles and making sure they get charged
  • Dealership social media content
  • Checking in transport drop-offs when lot staff is unavailable
  • Home deliveries and assisting service customers with technology issues
  • Assisting lot staff with moving cars when required
  • Plate registrations and organization of Demo vehicles
