Port Of Entry Inspector Jobs in California (NOW HIRING)

Incumbent performs complex investigations in the Special Operations Unit. Incumbent works closely with Special Operations Unit to conduct complex investigations involving wildlife trafficking. Incumbent develops relationships and works closely with United States Fish and Wildlife, Customs and Border Patrol, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, and other law enforcement agencies.
This position may be filled within the following counties, Ventura, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, and Orange.
Personal Leave Program: Effective July 1, 2025, state employees are subject to temporary salary reductions ranging from 2% to 4.62% in exchange for Personal Leave Program (PLP) hours.
